Includes our own model; the practical application of emotional
intelligence; its marriage with your current organisational
drive; your current and future leadership styles and the
way you are perceived by others.
Communications Skills
Includes understanding other peoples’ perceptions
- their habits patterns and beliefs; recognizing body
language signals and how to handle differing points of
view; using your emotional intelligence; developing listening
skills and building deep rapport through persuasiveness
and assertion – being confident in your own self
belief.
Influencing Skills
Includes the power of emotional intelligence and the subtle,
indirect language of the greatest influencers; how to
negotiate towards long-term client relationships and future

Assertiveness Skills
Includes developing confidence and self esteem in a variety
of situations, (with teams, clients, peer-groups); including
conflict and resolution. (Contains key elements from influencing
skills course).
Business Networking Skills
Relationship building and effective networking. Developing
your own influence and that of your organisation to make
your joint presence the most desirable option for deals
and long term relationships.
Change Management
Understand the change factor and how to present it to
other people in an attractive way by understanding their
emotional drives and their expectations. Addressing their
anxieties in a positive manner.
Stress Management
Learning the difference between positive and negative
stress – in the workplace and home - and learn how
to channel it to your advantage. Self hypnosis and NLP
can be taught as management tools.
Work/Life Balance
An essential component is knowing your core values and
beliefs; achieving a balance in your life; recognising
your strengths and anchoring them. Practical help, advice
and NLP tools to manage positive states effectively.
